The band is easy to use with the Fitbit Versa 3, simple process of getting the correct tension you want then slipping it on and off. I like this ability as it makes it easier for me to switch from this band to what I use while walking or jogging. It would be nice to keep it on at that time, but the material would cause chafing and I can guarantee you don't want to be dealing with that. Only improvement I would recommend is if they come out with a material that would keep from chafing that has the capabilities this band has and then it would be perfect. Though as mentioned it works perfectly for the way I am utilizing it.
