Unlike other reviewers, my brushes are genuine Oral-B branded brushes, not fakes. The number of bristles, plastic head, etc. are exactly the same as the original head that came with my toothbrush. But if you're expecting the exact same packaging you'd buy at WalMart or Target, it's not. The name of the brush is in English, but underneath most of the packaging is written in Polish with some handy translations into Lithuanian and Hungarian. And the little plastic strip at the bottom is blue, not red. That being said, unless there are differences in FDA regulations or approved manufacturing ingredients (I have no idea, but I suspect the EU requirements are probably a bit stricter than the US). these), these are the same nozzles.
