Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The packaging has been opened, all brushes are individually wrapped, in perfect condition. Just in use. Second time ordering from this company as the product was delivered as promised. The price was better than the big warehouse I'm a member of. Hopefully the price stays competitive.

I don't know what they sent me but not like the picture and not what I expected. Will be staying while we travel but be careful. Also available in individual packages. They look like they were removed from the original packaging as they still had some sticky material on them.

This nozzle has a good design. It's not bristly enough to rip off the gum cells with each brushing. However, it cleans teeth and gum surfaces very precisely and meets my high standards of cleanliness. I will always be a fan of Oral B because this product keeps my teeth exceptionally clean!

I bought these after reading about their improved cleaning design. They feel like they get in between teeth better than the various other Oral-B toothbrush heads I have. The price of the multipack is also good. They fit my Oral-B toothbrush like any other Oral-B toothbrush head I've ever bought. I would buy them again when they wear out.

Very disappointed! The item I received was not at all like the picture. The product is of inferior quality and differs from the replacement head shown. The bristles are nowhere near as strong and stiff as the original head. The colors of the bristles are not exactly the same either. I don't quite understand how they manage to refrain from such advertising, but you won't even realize that it comes in such packaging as in the photo. I will definitely be returning these!

Item was original equipment. There are no free connections. It all works fine, the head does not come off when cleaning, which has happened to me with fakes. I nearly lost a tooth trying to keep the vibrating wand from hitting my gumline. Yes, on one of the fakes the head came off and I almost cut myself on the vibrating shaft. My lips, gums and teeth were in danger. Through this experience I have learned never to buy anything other than original equipment. Don't be afraid of loose heads.

Unlike other reviewers, my brushes are genuine Oral-B branded brushes, not fakes. The number of bristles, plastic head, etc. are exactly the same as the original head that came with my toothbrush. But if you're expecting the exact same packaging you'd buy at WalMart or Target, it's not. The name of the brush is in English, but underneath most of the packaging is written in Polish with some handy translations into Lithuanian and Hungarian.
