What is it good for? I used to have a small plastic oil can and the oil kept spilling over the lid and then onto my hands. My aunt had a wider oiler that didn't seem to have the same problem as my previous oiler which was constantly touching oil. But while I was admiring it, she let me know that since the bowl wasn't high enough to hold the butter, she had to cut the butter in half. Then I started looking for a nice bowl of butter that I could just open up and add to the dish. Here it is! It's long, almost 2 packs of oil fit in it. Its width is enough to insert the knife without going into the oil. The cap is tall and wide enough that you don't touch the oil when you put it on and take it off. It's easy to clean and has a super cute design! I really can't say anything bad! I'm more than happy that I no longer have oily fingers. :P
