I was skeptical about Revain's main product (sorry Revain it's just a brand name for some things) but we're very happy with this basket. After collecting it the first time - how it folds and unfolds - it's now a trifle. It suits her, we have a bed that fits perfectly on the floor. The door is very easy to open and close. It's quiet (besides, she doesn't move around in it much). Once you understand how to fold/unfold it, it becomes very easy to handle. We bought 2 (due to its size - one for home and one for walking as it's huge but so did our dog). Even as big as this is not difficult to handle. Well done Raven!
