Be careful what you buy them for. NO aircase, but to be laid around the cooler. I can confirm they blow like crazy at high speed! BUT they are loud. However, this is a choice. I chose to run at full power and accept the noise, but you can run them at medium or low speed and the noise will be reduced. But let's face it - if you run them around a heatsink, you'll want to move AIR! Turn them on and accept that they are loud. If you look at the lifespan, there is no need to babysit them. These are not cheap, shoddy fans. They are solid, well built and purposefully designed. 100% satisfied. Would absolutely buy them for a different setup, I don't expect to have to replace them before changing my setup. But the new rig will likely have new fans. Hey, they deserve it!
