I don't like the knobs
I don't like the little knobs, they hurt me every time I use them. As for my back pain, I didn't really notice a difference, it was just that my skin felt little spikes digging into it, preventing me from stretching properly. Nice concept but needs some work on the design to make it more user friendly.
