I will update this review. I'm pretty sure I wrote my original 5 star review shortly after purchasing the headset. The reason for this edit is that they are far from solid. I don't know what plastic they were made of, but in just a few months the plastic became very brittle and broke. I thought it was a coincidence so I bought another pair; same result. I bought 2 more pairs that were missing the battery cover on e-bay, they also broke. I've glued and re-glued, and what's interesting is where I applied the glue, they hold well, but inevitably break near the glue joint. I emailed the company and tried to let them know about the plastic issue. Trust me the answer I got shows how ignorant they are. No wonder they released a poor quality product. These would be great headphones if the plastic didn't totally suck. Don't buy turtle products as I'm pretty sure they all use the same plastic!
