I never write reviews so please take this as a compliment to your service. I ordered this product as a Christmas present for my wife's car. During installation I cut off the light tubes and accidentally cut one of the light tubes. I contacted customer service to see if I could get more light tubes and they kindly sent me more for free. Now I have installed everything correctly and my wife is happy. I would absolutely recommend them for their service alone, but the product is great too!
