Exact replacement for Original Equipment rubber tips that have worn down to metal carbide tips. Used trekking poles for mountain hiking in the deserts of southwestern Utah until blood clots in left leg put an end to hiking. Now I use sticks to walk on sidewalks and slippery tiles inside buildings. Soft rubber tips won't slip, even on shiny, slippery tile floors in doctor's offices and cafes. Expensive but worth it.
