I had to fiddle with it, but I managed.

This thing is a beast to drive. I have a Chevy Tahoe with a 15" wheel and am a petite 5'0" female with very small hands. My 13 year old son helped me. I had to pull the bottom as he slowly wrapped it around the wheel. It took about 15 minutes and my hands are a bit sore, but it fits. Looks so good now! It's a little crooked, but I'm not going to take it off to fix it now. LAUGH OUT LOUD
