Review on Metallic Egg Ring Molds - Fox Run Rosti, 3.5 x 3.5 x 2.5 inches by Katrina Coniglio

They're a bit fragile but seem to hold up well over time. I think they need special care in storage because they deform easily. Other than that they are exactly what I need; Diameter and height are perfect. They stick, but I found a remedy: first grease the rings, and then lightly "sprinkle" them with cornmeal; Just don't make the cornmeal too strong or they will slip out when flipped. Overall this is a great value as English muffins are a bit pricey at the grocery store but can be made at home for a penny. I use a modified version of Alton Brown's recipe and would highly recommend his version for the recipe included in the rings or any recipe that can be rolled and sliced. Dough, not dough, seems to be the way to get those excellent nooks and crannies.
