The one hand phone lock mechanism works well and securely locks the phone (Samsung Galaxy S10 with case). However, I did not measure the outer diameter of the handlebar before ordering. The stem clamp clearance on the handlebars is 31.8mm and there is no room on a road bike to fit any other bracket. All was not lost though - I was able to use it on my mountain bike handlebars which taper off the stem and I got a similar phone holder from another manufacturer that was big enough to fit my road bike handlebars.
