I love that it is super easy to use! Very intuitive for anyone who has used other software before but also very powerful with many different functions and options which makes customization as simple or difficult as you want it.
It's not always clear how to set up an invoice in some instances so make sure you have all of your accounts setup properly beforehand otherwise there might be issues when creating invoices afterwords (or maybe we just suck). We're looking into switching from another product currently being utilized by our organization at this time however nothing else really stands out yet - most likely because everything works well together already. Our current system doesn't allow us enough flexibility with regards to scheduling jobs/tasks due to volume/complexity of job postings versus work getting done per day whereas Contraxx allows us great versatility in terms of what types of tasks.
