Review on 14K Solid Yellow Gold Lobster Clasp Jewelry - 8x3mm by Heather Joseph

The first clasp I received was solid 14k gold. When I inspected the clasp I didn't think I needed to keep checking this product as all the clasps were in the same packaging with 14k solid gold markings. I bought 8 more and made a custom order. I've had calls from very angry customers saying the clasps were gold filled. I had to give people back several hundred dollars and get fasteners overnight to keep my customers happy. I've looked at my remaining stock that I bought from this seller and of course everything if the packages are marked solid 14k gold, but with a magnifying glass I can see the well written 14/20 GF. Yes, my mistake is trusting the product. I am returning to my metal supplier in the US. Might cost more but at least I can trust them. Buyers if you want gold filled don't pay that price, you can get a bag of it for $10. If you want pure 14k gold, do not buy from this seller. I don't think I've ever been so mad at a salesperson. I've definitely learned my lesson. Shame on you seller and I'm stupid!
