Was very happy with my Thermo Future thermometer. I used it on a smoked turkey and was very pleased that the turkey came out very moist at the right temperature and was cooked at the right temperature. Also, I didn't use the thermometer for several weeks after I bought it and we made a silly mistake putting it together. Because it wasn't working properly, I emailed Thermo Future and got an immediate response, all on a Sunday afternoon! Excellent customer service.
