This is our 3rd account with nose Design Experience. The whole team is great to work with. Easy to understand when they explain their process and how they go about their business. Great turnaround on feedback and documentation. Onsite support is great. I am currently using it at my current employer. They use the website and email templates as part of their development workflow which has made my life easier. As far as the customer support goes; I had an issue where one particular file was missing from their site template. After several back-and-forth emails between myself and them regarding this issue (including a request to send me over all of their files), it turned into me just downloading everything again and re-creating it on my own. Their response time could be better though since sometimes there will be times when you want something resolved immediately instead of waiting days or weeks like I did here. But overall, the team is good and responsive.
