A bunch of junk on electronic collars

What a joke. I was so excited to find the 2 in 1 but no! Huge disappointment. The instructions were confusing, how serious! It shouldn't be that hard. It was clearly not made in America, even the instructions were clipped English. I tried using customer support and kept getting told that they were unavailable at the time. I really need help with my dogs barking and the anti bark feature never worked properly. It shakes and beeps. Then he barked and nothing happened! Don't waste your time and don't worry. It's a piece of junk.
