It says 100% waterproof! Not at all, the collar died on the dog's first hit in the water. We usually remove his collar so he can swim, but sometimes he jumps into shallow water before we can stop him. We bought this collar because it says 100% waterproof. The first time it was briefly submerged in water it stopped working. While it is splashproof, it is NOT WATERPROOF as advertised.

I really wanted to use/like this combo collar but after trying 2 different ones I finally gave up. The first responded only 1/2 times to the "bark function test" and only beeped in bark mode instead of selecting beep, vibration or shock. The replacement responded better to the "test" (but still not 100%), but it turns out the anti-bark mode just beeps! So it seems like a normal job. Returned.

As a remote control collar this item is of excellent quality very easy to use etc. The remote control is also great and responsive. The device also appears to be fairly waterproof. As an automatic collar, it's not very good and the instructions on how to set it up are also very poor, even including the instruction video link provided. The timeout between barking and hitting is unexpected and not adjustable. This didn't work for us.

What a joke. I was so excited to find the 2 in 1 but no! Huge disappointment. The instructions were confusing, how serious! It shouldn't be that hard. It was clearly not made in America, even the instructions were clipped English. I tried using customer support and kept getting told that they were unavailable at the time. Agree with other one star reviewers and can't believe there are so many positive reviews. This product is a dismal failure. Doesn't hold a charge and often leaks early in the morning just when you want the anti-bark to work to stop the early morning barking. The transmission radius is far from 1500 feet. Doesn't always transmit manually from above maybe 300 feet away. Several doors and a ceiling seem to get in the way. It works well at 5ft, but it barely meets our needs. Not a good product. And

Do not buy! I bought this thought, finally someone put on a dog collar with a training collar. Great concept but they totally missed the mark. The dog bark collar function is so sensitive that it will either work with the slightest movement or not work with even the loudest bark. The other bad thing is that the battery life lasts a day if you're lucky. I've had it for two months now and it's a waste of money. Luckily I found another training collar that I thought I had lost and can use it now…
