Cross is too sensitive. Holding left or right and pressing up too hard will register as if you were pressing, even if you're not pressing "up" on the directional pad. This can be good or bad depending on game circumstances. Also, the home/select buttons are in a strange place. You would think they would be placed in the middle to further mimic the SNES controller design, but instead they are on the top of the controller and the center buttons (where Start/Select SHOULD be) are used for Turbo. The top-center buttons are flush with the panel, making them a bit annoying to press. The overall feel of the controller is light/cheap, but you get what you pay for. I don't regret the purchase but would have made a different choice if I had been on the design team.
