Incredibly disappointed. I expected my granddaughter to have an AMAZING tent. After reading reviews of several tents/playgrounds I decided on this one. mass error. Not only are there extra parts that don't matter when setting up the tent, the tent itself is too big to set up. It drapes over the structure like an oversized garment for a small person. We placed it for my granddaughter to wake up to and the disgust we all shared was evident. It was too expensive for any of that to be a problem. I am beyond anger, frustration and anger. I'm at a loss as to what to even ask for to get it right... the right structure, the right parts? How to fix this without breaking the heart of a 4 year old?
