Bought a small BC based on reviews I could choose between small and medium. 130#, 5ft 5in. The difference between hips and waist is 10 inches. I should have chosen the middle one. If you are my weight and height but more athletic you could get a small one. If you are curvier they go to your waist and then go crazy short because the strap is too tight around your hips without going any tighter. I hope that makes sense. I bought another model of this brand and they are much more comfortable because of the material. I also had to get the environment into this one.
