I like that there are many different types of workouts available so you can work out at your own pace or with others who want more variety in their workout routine! The program itself seems easy enough but it's hard not knowing how much time has passed since last logging into my account which means if i'm away from home without access to wifi/internet then its difficult getting back onto track when returning as well!! Also would be nice to have some sort of tracking device such as an activity tracker (like fitbit) where progress could also go towards certain goals - eg weight loss etc.. But these aren't currently offered by csg fitness group? Would recommend trying one session before deciding whether or not it will suit you /your needs however, try any class first just incase classes differ depending upon location.
