The perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

1. Considering that the minimum cross section for closed copper wiring is 4 amperes per 1 sq. mm. and the maximum fan power is 02022A at 12V (1.92 watts), the cross section must be at least 0.04 sq. mm., and the diameter of the core of such a wire is approximately equal to: Cross section = 0.785 * diameter squared (I considered for a single-core wire, for a stranded wire a slightly different formula), therefore the diameter is equal to the root of (section / 0.785) = root of (0.04 / 0.785) = root of 0.050955414 approximately = 0 .23 mm. Two tenths of a mm, and now measure the wire))) P. S. For stranded, the cross section formula is S = 0.785 * number of cores * (diameter of one core squared). I just have nothing to measure one vein, thin infection ( 2. All three wires are black, so if you remove them from the chip, you must first mark which one was where. The second version (rev. 2) has PWM control, this one (which I bought and for which I am writing a review) has only three contacts. For modern motherboards, it’s such a disadvantage, they can regulate smoothly and DC (maybe not as clearly as with PWM, but still), but I put it on the old mother through reobas, so everything is ok.

Pros
 • Well, very quiet. I even looked - is it spinning at all? Nice, nothing superfluous like RGB lighting, special connectors and controllers.
Cons
 • Well, maybe someone will complain about the thickness of the wires (see comment)
