I bought a size 03 Hario V60 dripper to brew up to six 6oz cups. Like many Americans, I drink my morning coffee in a 12-ounce mug, so total servings are closer to 3 or 4. The size 03 dropper is only available in glass and black hard rubber. Some coffee drinkers like the complex body and flavors of coffee oils and a small amount of sediment. You will need an Able Kone or Osaka stainless steel coffee maker to do this. Again, the Hario glass and size 03 black V60 hard rubber are slightly at a disadvantage. A hard rubber grip is attached to the inside of the dripper that works well with Hario paper filters. However, the Able Kone brewer will not sit down completely. By gently but repeatedly wiggling the handle, you can move it so that it sits completely outside of the dripper without sacrificing the handle's stability, and the Able Kone coffee maker is properly seated. I can brew coffee in the pot of your choice.
