Sweat in the gym and on the toilet
This product for sure gets you pumped in the gym, you sweat a ton and get some good energy. The tough part is the stomach ache and the urgency to run to the toilet for a #2 during the workout. I have been using it for a few weeks and the discomfort isn’t worth the energy for the gym.
