It's easy to use for anyone who has basic computer skills! We have been able implement this system with no problems at all!! The only thing I don't like is that it sometimes doesn’t update as fast or quickly enough if there are changes made by someone else in our department (the customer). This can cause some confusion when we try & fix something after they make an adjustment/change without us knowing about their change until later - which leads into more time spent fixing things than needed because of lack communication between departments within one organization. Our business was experiencing several issues related directly back up from poor quality workmanship done prior employees so wanted better accountability over submittals being approved / rejected etc along w proper tracking via CMRs vs paper records. Now everyone involved knows exactly what needs approval before getting started instead just guessing how long.
