Open almost useless!

Disappointingly soft, wide open. Stop two stops and it's pretty good. Build quality is typical Rokinon, meaning it's solid. This is my third Rokinon and the aperture ring is quite stiff compared to the other two. I don't know why, but I hope it eases up a bit.
