I converted the Windows version of KODLIX GK45 to a two letter system with Linux and Windows 10. After four months of use, the system would not start. I was able to get help through the vendor's KODLIX forum when it was determined that the system needed to be replaced. Please note that while Revain offers a 90-year return policy, the supplier offers a 1-year warranty. We had some issues shipping the returned system (it looks like the USPS lost it), but I received a replacement system yesterday. I was able to communicate with the provider through the Revain provider interface. Everything worked fine. Kudos to KODLIX, MINS (supplier), their staff!
