Review on Helpshift by Jeff Hill

I like how easy this software makes communication between our customers & us very simple! The best thing about HelpShift Software has been its simplicity - nothing much else really comes close when compared side by side but just because i do not dislike anything yet means there isn't something better than what we are using now either so no complaints here :) We have used different types of chat systems over time from Slack or HipChat etc but none were quite up to date enough where people could easily use them without getting confused (like old school messaging). This helped solve all these problems at once!!
