Great customer service paired with great technology

The team at HelpShift are very responsive when we have questions or concerns about our account. They really care what us customers think! I am confident my information will be protected using their advanced security features because everything within has been tested by myself through research before use. There isn't anything special from an interface standpoint which made me dislike this product more than others but perhaps its just preference. If you're looking into adding live chat…

Great for team collaboration and clear realtime communications

I like how easy this software makes communication between our customers & us very simple! The best thing about HelpShift Software has been its simplicity - nothing much else really comes close when compared side by side but just because i do not dislike anything yet means there isn't something better than what we are using now either so no complaints here :) We have used different types of chat systems over time from Slack or HipChat etc but none were quite up to date enough where people could…
