The team at HelpShift are very responsive when we have questions or concerns about our account. They really care what us customers think! I am confident my information will be protected using their advanced security features because everything within has been tested by myself through research before use. There isn't anything special from an interface standpoint which made me dislike this product more than others but perhaps its just preference. If you're looking into adding live chat functionality then look no further - your business needs it! We were trying different platforms over time until finding one where people could easily understand how things work without having someone walk them thru every setting needed to make sure there aren't any errors (and if something was wrong!) That definitely takes away some confidence during setup/learning process since most guides online don’t go deep enough while also making mistakes themselves so learning curve gets steep quite quickly.
