Great Product, worth the money
I just purchased a 16" unit and installed it. Even though it did not come with any instructions, the installation is straight forward. The only tools that you will need are an adjustable wrench of adequate size to get on the flat spots of the fitting. The ball swivel fitting/ 1/2" adapter come in a separate bag. Be careful not to cross thread the swivel adapter that attached to the back of the shower head, remove your old shower head, teflon tape the pipe and screw it on and tighten. This unit is not a plastic piece of junk, it's all metal and has some weight to it. It works great.
