Great buy, hot water to wash dishes and hot showers anytime without propane. We didn't have to wait that long to buy a hot rod. Installation went well, instructions were good, took over two hours but I had to flush the tank, find the tools and take care of the baby. Large sockets are required to remove the anode and install the element. 1-1/16 for removing suburban anode and 1-3/16 for installing hot rods. Pipe tape, masking tape, and an adjustable wrench are also required. You will also need a half-inch drill bit and a drill bit. Thank you Amazon Prime for the 20 hour delivery!
