Solid construction, well designed yet reliable

This flashlight is one of the best I've owned for a number of reasons. I've only been using this lighter for a few months and it's not much to get a long lasting product but it will by far outlast half the torches you can buy online or in tobacconists for about the same price. much more. They often hit or miss, and what could be riskier than buying one of these lamps online based solely on customer reviews. Of course, one or the other has had a few adversities here and there, but this flashlight has remained stable since the day it was unpacked. Which brings me to the second reason why this is one of the best lighters I've ever owned. It's been dropped, reused by many, refilled and emptied again, forgotten to vent the tank countless times and this thing still feels solid and is able to sustain the power of its flame. I can't say because who knows how many torches and lighters ended up in the grave and some didn't even last a week! Well, a tiny detail that worries me and that is purely a matter of aesthetics and not utility, as you can see the burner has a specific head where the flame/ignition insulator is located. It has two tiny screws on each side that hold the metal case cover in place. When the burner was received the head was slightly loose and the screws were not a problem. The problem was a small gap in the insulator or inner frame. Small fix, or if nobody minds, don't fix it. The flame regulator, like most burners, can become sensitive if set too low, to the point where the flame will not ignite at all. I've come to expect this from most if not all variable flame lighters. Still works and is easily becoming my favorite incendiary device.
