They used to be very good and could last a long time if you used plastic bags. Now they're made of brittle plastic that won't fit in the cat litter they were designed for. In the newest box, the tops of the shells are curved/deformed so they don't fully penetrate the lid, so the lid doesn't close completely. The bowls themselves are too tall and don't fit completely inside the container, which also prevents the container from closing tightly. This is very annoying, and now the tray smells even more. Obviously Littermaid has either switched manufacturers or is cutting to save pennies and now I have to start looking for a new box as Littermaid is a stinky mess.
