Nice pillow on my review.

Nice & soft but has some areas that are not full so I have to move it around to get comfortable because it keeps folding and twisting there.
No sure how to exchange it since came vacuum sealed and now expanded.

Pros

The pillow can be used to support multiple sleeping positions, including side-sleeping

Cons

The pillow may not fit well on smaller couches or chairs

It''s comfortable at night and during the day I fold it in half and use it as back support to sit up, which I think I like it better for sitting than sleeping (a nice surprise). Honestly my husband hates the divide it makes in bed and is ready for the pillow to be gone, but I kind of want to keep it forever.
