NOT stainless steel. Also very small - NOT "Cup " hook as described.
After receipt, I have seen that they are zinc plated not stainless steel a quick magnet test confirms this (stainless steel is not magnetic) I was going to use them outside and didn't want the product to rust this is not what was advertised plus they are quite small and cannot be used for mugs as described.The dimensions shown appear to be correct but I can't imagine what they could be used for.Reverse.
