Review on HOTSYSTEM by Carlito Tardy

In need of vehicle parts, I recently shopped at HOTSYSTEM's e-commerce site. Their website is simple to use, and their support staff is helpful, but I was dissatisfied with the limited selection of products they offered. While they carry a variety of auto lighting, electrical, and replacement components, I was unable to find a few essentials for my vehicle. It was inconvenient and time-consuming for me to hunt for the necessary components in multiple online shops. Not only that, but I think HOTSYSTEM's prices are a little higher than those offered by competing companies. I get that you get what you pay for, but I just wasn't prepared to pay a premium for their products when I could find equivalent items elsewhere at a lower price. My overall impression of HOTSYSTEM was one of dissatisfaction. Although I appreciated their responsive customer service and attractive website, I was disappointed by their limited selection and expensive prices. If you're searching for an all-inclusive online auto parts store, I wouldn't suggest HOTSYSTEM.
