Good: Looks good on the counter. The surface texture is pleasant. Blue backlit display with large, easy-to-read characters and a brightly lit background. A user reported a fire hazard issue, but the design of the device I received was not the same as theirs, so it cannot be the problem. I don't see a problem with the graphics on the keys getting erased while you press the keys on the edge. Cons: Like most things bought these days, it feels pretty unreliable. Very thin-walled and so light that the door almost tilts forward under its own weight. The crumb tray is useless, it's a sheet metal with no sides and slides into a small gap under the front door. So when you take it out to clean it, the crumbs will slide to the bottom of the oven. The small pot is useless, suggesting it should have come with a "light oven". The top gets very hot. The rake is also poorly constructed, with very thin center bars. Conclusion: I would buy it again, but the price seems overpriced given the build quality. I expected more from Black and Decker.
