The ease of use, and the ability to see what's going on in real time. I love that you can zoom out and see what's happening across the entire organization, not just in your department. You can also add filters on things like workflows, resources, and activities to get down into more detail if needed. And lastly, you can share reports or dashboards with other team members. It would be great for us if we could have some sort of notification system so that when someone creates something like an activity report, you're notified of the availability. That way you don't need to search through emails looking for a specific update. You can track everything from projects to activities and see who's working on them. We've seen huge improvements in our customer service and communication because of how easy the software is to navigate and use. The ability to see our forecasted sales for each day, week or month. It makes it so convenient to make changes or edit previous forecasts. I like how you can create multiple views for different purposes. There's nothing really that i dislike about this software. It has been very helpful in giving us visibility into our business. We've been able to use it to find opportunities within our own team and with other departments.
