Terrible. Don't waste money.
I've never seen the worst pair of shoes for a boy. After two socks my 5 year old has nowhere else to go in these boots but the playground. They not only scratch easily. Instead, the fake ultra-thin top layer ruptures, revealing the fake light gray synthetic "skin" underneath. You can't grind out the problem because the grinding goes in all directions. If you want your son to be "dressy," look elsewhere for a matching pair of shoes.
