The price was certainly right on these bowls. The reason we chose to get them was that our dogs would scoot their bowls halfway across the room. We thought the rubber gasket around the bottom of these bowls would prevent them from being moved.sadly no. The rubber gasket is more hard plastic and slides easily on the floor. We chose a smaller sized bowl for our 15 lb dogs. The bowl seems a bit shallow. When mixing their wet food w/the dry, food is easily spilled over the top. Sadly we are still in search of the perfect dishwasher-safe dog bowls that do not slide across the floor.
