I am a fitness instructor at a local gym. I needed summer shorts for working out this hot summer in Louisiana. Although I like expensive Nike Pro shorts. The truth is that they sit whether they are 3" or 5" tall. So I decided to find a good pair of compression 5 inch shorts here on Amazon to layer under my Nike Pro shorts so I can wear them for big sessions and not reveal everything. They are true to size when worn. I ordered on Wednesday and they feel perfect. Likewise. Totally knee resistant and also sweat resistant. I have a heavy sweater and they don't stain with sweat. And the most important test is that these 5 inch Amazon shorts DO NOT ride up! I wore them here in this shot under my Nike Pro 3 inch shorts as I completed a high impact, high intensity tuck jump and Les Mills Bodycombat session. I say they are worth buying!
