I read a previous review which indicated that the instructions that came with this unit were very poor. I can attest to that personally. It's also pretty obvious to me that whoever wrote the instructions isn't fluent in English. I've read the basics (how to turn on the device, how to record, how to save the recording, how to delete) but I still have no idea how to move a file from the device to my computer. (I saw a YouTube video on this which I will watch later). The device does a lot of recording work - I used it for a one-on-one chat - but users should be careful: if you turn the device on too soon, it will automatically turn itself off after a moment or so. follow this. I can't say how the device will perform in an auditorium or conference room, for example. Despite all this, I am very satisfied with the device and can recommend it. Just bring your own guide. yeah
