Although the journal itself is faulty and I was not sent a new one as a replacement they only sent me the refill. I ordered lined and the journal came with unlined. As far as the product it's sturdy the quality is good and it's giftable but as far as the warranty they have yet to replace the actual journal. I gave it as a gift when the person opened it it had black splotches on the inside of the flap that were sticky and the paper was online instead of lined. Not sure if they will actually replace the refillable leather seeing as though somewhere there is miscommunication. Not really sure how as I sent them a detailed email this review is strictly on the paper alone. Not the overall leather journal and it's defects.
