I use this to help me get up onto my very high full size bed. I don't have any health issues that prevent me from going to bed, but my baby's crib is pushed up against my bed, so I had to kneel on my bed to lift a sleeping baby over the high crib railing. bed and I only had to get up a bit as I'm only 5ft 4in tall. It was the cheapest footrest ever. I could tell it wasn't those flimsy plastic folds. It was more than I thought it would be but fit the limited space I needed. The only thing I find fault with is the notches on the toe that can pinch my bare feet so they are covered with a fleece blanket.
