Item: - Thin 2 inch thick almost perfect for my short body - Cooling gel fits well. have a neck pillow with high-quality cooling gel. The neck pillow gel feels at least 10 degrees Fahrenheit colder when comparing both gel products at room temperature. does the product page say "slow memory foam from 5"? I think that means it takes 5 seconds for the memory foam to rebound/revert back to its original shape. Which isn't true. This foam rebounds in less than half a second. I have many memory foam products of different qualities. The highest quality memory foam is made by Tempurpedic (I have several of their pillows). The quality of this memory foam is one of the lowest. The foam on this pillow may be durable, but a good pillow will take at least 3 seconds to spring back (less resistance = more comfort). I will keep this pillow because unlike many others sold at Revain it is thin enough for my needs and when I bought it was $28. At the time of writing this review, the price has returned to its original price of $40. Would cost $40 if the gel and memory foam were high quality, but they aren't. I really want to give 3 stars not 4 but as this is a new product I don't want to be too harsh in my review.
