great product, the first day I used it for 15 minutes, it surprised me since I have had lower back problems for a year and it has relieved my pain and not only in this one part but also in my feet, it's like a relaxing treatment for the parts of our body that we use the most every day, for example I work on my feet all day and this pillow has helped me a lot, it has my Pain relieved amazingly.

This lumbar pillow works great. I wake up in the morning with no back pain. I used to wake up with back pain and stiffness. Now I sleep wonderfully without pain. I used it a few hours a night for several nights and now using it all night makes me feel great. I love that the little gel pads on it help keep me cool. I would give more stars if I used the pad longer. As the seller suggests, you should start using it for short periods of time and works. I'm doing this right now, so I might have higher ratings soon.
