I have a chiropractic lower back injury. I went to physical therapy to fix them only to make it worse now with a new chiropractor (Mr Amazing!) and he fixed everything first the chiropractor and physio screwed up while I recover and when I get my adjustments, I use this pillow for lumbar support.
